Dear Surround Air.
My son is 9 years old and
suffers from asthma attacks from time to time, usually
triggered by over exertion and or other allergens like pollen
or dust. Last Saturday while playing soccer, Billy became
short of breath and his chest became very tight. It was hot
and humid that day and the field had just been mowed the day
before. After a few minutes of rest he was still unable to
breathe comfortably so we returned home. It just so happened
that my first "surround air" ionizer arrived by mail
that morning and was sitting on the porch. I immediately
unpacked the ionizer and plugged it in. What followed was
quite amazing. Within 5 minutes Billy was breathing
normally, this was quite unusual since this kind of asthma
attack had previously required medication. That evening I
placed the ionizer in Billy’s bedroom. Billy would generally
cough through the night, but this night we didn’t hear a
sound, the ionizer has remained in his room and Billy is able
to sleep through the night in greater comfort. I am so pleased
with the results I have ordered five additional ionizer for
the rest of the house.

I just wanted to write a quick letter to say how happy I am
with your product. I initially bought three units for my
house, to help alleviate my daughter's allergies. We
have one in each bedroom, and one in the living room.
Now her headaches and nightly coughing have disappeared.
At work, I run a very large
printer which uses solvent-based inks. Even though the
room is ventilated, the fumes are often enough to give me
nasty headaches or, at times, feel nauseous. On a whim,
I brought in one of the ionizers from home, and plugged it in
next to the computer where I spend quite a bit of time, and
where the fumes tend to collect. I am soooo happy to say
that I can now work for hours at a stretch without having to
suffer a headache! The fumes have completely

I am writing to you to let you know how happy I am with the
Surround Air Ionizers.
I have been
an allergy sufferer since I was a small child. I
moved to Missouri 6 years ago, and my allergies have been very
miserable since I moved here. I have been taking the
typical allergy medication (Claritin, Zyrtec, and Flonase) and
I still have my bad allergy days.
After some
research I decided to buy the Surround Air Ionizers because
the concept made sense. I did not see how two Ionic
Breeze units could effectively cover my whole home.
I also liked the fact that for half the price I could place a
unit in the four most critical rooms of my house. I
ordered 4 units to ship Next Day Air, and your customer
service was very helpful tracking the units and ensuring
that they shipped properly. They even called to give me
tracking information after I enquired about my order!
When I
received the units, I was very surprised at the appearance of
the units. They look sleek, modern, and blend in
very well in each room. Even more important is the
performance. After four full days of use, I saw significant
improvements in my breathing and my allergy symptoms.
I cough less while I am at home, and I no longer smell the
cigarette odors from my neighbors below me. I also
noticed less dust in my apartment! In a few weeks
I will purchase a fifth unit for my office.

I purchased a surround air unit because
of the great price. I thought at least it may get
rid of the cigarette odor that seeps through our
apartment from our next door neighbors.
We installed the unit on a
Saturday morning and went for a drive for a couple of hours.
When we returned, we immediately noticed that there were no
odors upstairs where we had the problem. That night we
moved the unit into our bedroom just to see what would happen.
The next morning, I awoke for the first time I can ever
remember with nasal passages clear enough to breath through
my nose! That after only one night! We
immediately purchased a second unit and I have told everyone I
know to order a few.
The price is incredible.
My son purchased refurbished "Ionic Breeze" units
for 3 times what the Surround Air units cost, and I can tell
that the surround air does a better job. One of
his units stopped working and I advised him to forget it and
order a Surround Air unit or two. My asthma has
improved a lot and I am not taking nearly as much sinus
medication as I did before. Thank you so much for
this product. It is the answer to a lot of discomfort.
I think we have even gained a "lift of spirits" or
sense of well being since we have installed the units. I
can't say enough about them. I intend to order more
units soon.

I have recently been diagnosed with "severe emphysema",
and unfortunately I had an accident with my Surround Air unit
and had to return it for repair. It was only a day or two
later after I shipped the unit to you when I really started to
feel bad and developed breathing problems over and above what
I already had! I wasn't sure if this was because of the cold
weather finally arriving (which means less oxygen in the air)
or the lose of my unit.
After about 10 days I
borrowed a unit from my friend, who had an extra, to see if
this would help me. The improvement in my breathing was
almost instantaneous and truly remarkable. This is a great
product for folks like me, and I'm going to tell my pulmonary
doctor about this. I have even been able to cut down on

I found your website by luck, saw a competitors brand on TV

hardly wait for them to arrive, I've heard about these
purifiers for years but thought they were too expensive and

me to take Allegra or Zyrtec during the day and Benadryl at
night just to be able to function. While I'm sure we
made need a pill now and then to get us through the work

I received my SurroundAir purifier this afternoon. It's so
quiet I kept checking to be sure it was on. However, as
the afternoon wore on, I knew for CERTAIN that it was on
because in ONE AFTERNOON, my sneezing and running eyes have
stopped! I vacuum daily because I am so allergic to dust.
However, all the vacuuming in the world has not produced the
results that one afternoon of Surround Air has.
I 'd say it's too good to be
true, but because I work in one room all day, the addition of
the Surround Air is the only variable that has changed, and
today stands out as the singular day in months and months that
I have experienced relief in this respect. Just plain

I share a house with four other
people and we started using the ionizers to get rid of a smoke
smell that was left in the kitchen after someone burned
one of those heating pads made of cornhusks or something in
the microwave.
We had done a lot of cleaning with
soot sponges and a TSP (Trisodium Phosphate) substitute but
everyone in the house agrees that we really did not get rid of
the enduring smoke smell until we set up the ionizers in the
kitchen for a couple of days.
Now the ionizers are in the bedrooms
of two of us who have dust allergies. I have lost my
persistent allergy cough and Vanessa's has gotten a lot
better.

I just received my Surround Air on
June 14th '03. I have had it on since unpacking it. Almost
immediately I noticed a reduction in my sinus problems. I
am (unfortunately) a smoker and smoke inside my apartment (my
neighborhood is not so good, so I try not to hang out outside
much). The smoke smell and dust has been giving me
sinus pressure headaches for quite some time. At work (I work
at a customer service phone center) my head was bothering me
so much with the headset and my glasses pressuring my head
making my sinus problems worse. Just after the first day I was
taking less sinus medicine. I put it in the bedroom to
sleep and am sleeping so much better than before. My apartment
smells clean and the smoke seems to just disappear from the
air. I was skeptical after seeing the informercials for
the Sharper Image one on TV. The theory seemed sound but you
never know until you try. There was no way I was going to
spend as much money as the Sharper Image one cost to find out
if it worked so I found Surround Air online. I am very

We just purchased two units, placing one in our bedroom and
one in our living room. The other day our daughter left a pan
on the stove, filling the kitchen with smoke and the smell of
burnt veggies. I took the Surround Air model XJ 2000 and

It's been about three weeks now that I've had my Surround Air
Ionizers, and I
just had to tell you that you have a GREAT product. I
didn't realize how itchy my eyes were until after I got the
Surround Air Ionizers because now there is no itchiness.
And also I feel like I am breathing in so much more oxygen now
with every breath. And in the morning I used to see in the
rays of sunlight beaming in through the window all these dust
particles I was obviously breathing in and now there
are none.
I have come to appreciate so much the difference in the air
between my house and when I go out now, that I had to order

We would like to thank you

our Email order. We were pleasantly surprised to receive
the three air purifiers in a matter of only a couple of days.
They were well packed and arrived in very good condition.
Best of all, the purifiers really do
an exceptional job of clearing and refreshing the air
in a number of different situations. Our home was built
to be especially energy efficient, tightly insulated, so air
can become rather stale in midwinter when windows cannot be
opened. The purifiers make the air seem nearly as fresh
as if a window had been open. We find that we sleep more
soundly and breathe more freely at night when a unit is
operating in the bedroom.
The best test, we think, has
been how well a unit has operated for our daughter who lives
in an apartment that has been constantly and heavily polluted
by the smoke seeping from a chain-smoking neighbor's
apartment into her own. She had tried other air cleaners
with only disappointing results. With only one Surround
Air unit, the heavy smell of smoke has been cleared and
she can once again breathe freely and healthily.

Hello Casey,
After having my little machine for 1
week, I thought you might be interested in my findings. On the
up side, there has been a significant change in my
allergies...for the better. I can breathe much better now and
am not taking so much medicine (which never worked
anyway). I also have noticed a decrease in dust accumulating
on furniture.
When we arrived home late yesterday
afternoon from work, we noticed
the cigarette smoke had disappeared. Apparently during
the day, the little Surround Air went to work and did its job.
Upon entering the house, the air had a very clean smell and no
cigarette smell at all.
Its a shame I didn't find out about
Surround Air prior to going to the doctors because I firmly
believe that would have eliminated my problems. I take my
little Surround Air with me at night from the living area to
the bedroom, and I have never slept better in my life.
Just in the one week I have had my Surround Air, I have
completely stopped all medication and haven't breathed this
well in years.

just wanted to let you know how satisfied we are with the
Ionizers we bought, on September 30th. I have really
been impressed with there performance. On the weekends I
usually have friends that come over who are smokers. So
by late evening there is really a cloud of smoke in the air.
Since we have had the Ionizers there is no smoke in the air
and it smells fresh instead of like stale smoke.
My husband has to use a breathing
machine at night when he sleeps. He has really noticed a
difference in the air in the house, since his machine uses the
air in the house. He said it has made a big difference.

I
purchased two Surround Air Ionizers for our Nail and Skin
Care Salon last week. I have always been concerned
about the high levels of dust and contaminants in the air at
the salon. Things like nail dust, acetone vapors and
other cosmetic odors. The next morning when our
employees entered our Salon, each of them noticed the

Hi
there. Got them yesterday in the mail. I hooked them up today
(I bought 4 of the 8 we ordered). I suffer from OSA (Obstructed
Sleep Apnea) and had a great deal of trouble with burning
eyes, etc. Thought it was because of the air machine I have to
use at night. Must not be that - because after these ionizers
ran for 6 - 8 hrs, the burning of my eyes went away, and I no
longer have the desire to take naps, like before. It was
something in this crappy air, as I expected.
Two other people went in with
me on the purchase of 8. They bought 2 each on my
recommendation. I've had one a long time ago from Sears. I
think I paid $133 for it about 15 yrs ago. But it was a
nightmare to service, and finally shot craps after a couple of
years. These units are small, make no noise, and work
perfectly for my purpose.
I can smell the ozone, so I
know they're working. I'm treating an 850 sq ft apartment with
the 4 of them on "LOW", and they work beautifully.
I have two upstairs, and two downstairs, and I have them
mounted on top of bookshelves, about 6 ft off the floor.

responses, and excellent service. It's tough to find a
really good deal any more, and I believe these are a really

Morning! I just recently purchased one (Surround Air) NeoTec
XJ-2000 and I have to agree with all the other customers who
wrote to your company saying how happy they are with this
product. I have the unit in my bedroom and I can't believe how
much nicer my bedroom smells... I am a heavy smoker and
so is my roommate and we spend hours in the bedroom on the
computer after work and on the weekends, the bedroom used to
smell so terrible!
I tried everything, I had automatic
air freshner, I keep the windows open during the day to get
the fresh air in, I even purchased the Trion Air cleaner, and nothing
ever worked until now. I can't believe that your product
really works! I would love to purchase another unit for my
Living room, can you honor the price I would pay if I had
originally purchased (2) units. Please advise. Thank you.

I
would like to let you know we live in a 76 year old house, we
have 2 smokers,
2 active boys, 2 cats, 2 dogs and a bird. We bought 2 of the
indoor purification units and purchasing 2 more, why, you
already know the answer, because they work. We don't have
the smoke odor, which is a big plus another big bonus is
the dust in the house has decreased. Previously I could
dust every few days not any more. I thank you for that. One of
the others is for the boys rooms to help them sleep better at

Recieved the Units today, I just ordered them 3 days ago and
amazingly they are already here as you had informed me they
would be. These units are Fantastic! They look great, they are
very sturdy and they make the air smell great!
I cannot believe they came with an
adapter so that I can use them in my car. I just cleaned
one and it took about 45 seconds which is
incredible when compared to the hour or so it use to take me
clean and completely dry the Ionic Breeze.
The "Breeze" costed twice as
much as the Surround Air system and conveniently stopped
working shortly after the 1 year warranty expired. For the
cost of one "Breeze" I was able to purchase 2
Surround Air systems each with a 3 year warranty.
The Surround Air systems are reliable,
affordable, attractive, and remarkably easy to clean
compared to the "Breeze". I am VERY pleased with
my Surround Air systems and will continue to recommend them to
my friends and family. -

I've
had the 2 units for a little over a month now, and I'm soo
happy. I wasn't expecting much because of my bad history with
sinus problems... but I was so pleasantly surprised. I wish I
had the extra cash to pick up more units - give them out to my
friends & family!
I am taking it home with me for the
holidays (can't be without it!) so maybe folks
will want to pick up a unit for themselves.
Results:
When I lay down, my nose doesn't
automatically clog up.
I sleep much deeper.
I sleep longer (don't know if this is good !!).
I have vivid, memorable dreams - which I believe is because
I'm finally getting enough air to allow myself a more deep

Usually, we have to give my Son sinus medication every night
before bedtime so to keep his sinus clear. I hate doing it
because the meds cause him to "not be himself". The
first time we used the unit he was able to breathe thru the
night without any medication. Also, my daughter usually
wakes up in the middle of the night asking for mommy. Since we
have put the unit in her room she has slept thru the night. I
am assuming she is getting a better sleep. Thanks and I look

received my order yesterday and tried it for the first time
last night.I cannot believe how wonderful I felt this morning.
I slept on my sofa, which isn't in the greatest shape for
sleeping, and slept like a rock. No headache, breathing was
